RESERVATIONS
Once confirmed reservation, if you want to increase the number of passengers, you must to report it on a minimum of 48 hours prior to the service.
If your reservation are at Airport Hotel, not have to worry about keeping track of your flight information. We will be waiting your arrival time, whether your flight arrives on time or delayed. Rest assured that we will be waiting for your departure.
Operators Location:We will be waiting at the exit of passengers, using a banner with the company name.
In Round Trip, we explain to you the company procedure for collection at the hotel and take you back to the airport at the end of your stay.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are accepted up to 5 days before the date of the reserved service at no cost. In a shorter period, no refunds for cancellations.
