You must have a product idea and know that we offer our reservation policies, cancellation and payment to have a fair concept of the service we provide and fare rules are handled in our organization. Thus, avoid setbacks, and dissatisfaction. It is our pleasure to serve you and provide the simplest way possible our policies below will expose:
Reservation Policy in JOANA TRAVEL S.A de C.V
1 .- The rates are valid at the time of your contribution and for the service requested.
2 .- The reservation is complete when payment has occurred and you have a reservation code.
3 .- When you proceed to booking, you consent to both written and verbal form using your credit card to charge the service and know and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy Joana Travel Inc.
4 .- All reservations are subject to availability at the time you process your service request. Service is not guaranteed until you receive payment in full. Joana Travel Inc. takes a maximum of 24 hours to confirm your reservation.
5 .- You as the client will print your coupon to present payment of service at the time it will consume your service.
6 .- In case of cancellation or change to your reservation, you must immediately contact the office, with full information regarding your reservation. Please refer to the clause Cancellation Policies.
7 .- The change of reservation is subject to availability and variability of rates. For any information concerning this may contact the offices having at hand all the information about your reservation.
8 .- It is important to remember that once your reservation is confirmed by our company, you should have your data at the time to introduce you to consume the paid service.
Payment Policy
1 .- The amount corresponding to your reservation Joana Travel Inc. will load data immediately to the credit card you provide for the payment of service you purchase, once it is confirmed.

- E-Commerce
- Bank deposit in our account (please contact a reservation agent of our company for more information)
3 .- Regarding payments hotels in other cities in Mexico and abroad, or U.S. car rental, you must make your payment at the time to be presented to make use of their product-service contract. However, you must provide details of your credit card if payment is made in this way, so that the provider may charge the charge in case of cancellation or no-show.
4 .- As for airline tickets you purchase on our website, payment is made on the website of our or our supplier SABRE.
5 .- For the payment of your reservation on our sites, we accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Otherwise if you have any of them, you can pay by bank deposit.
6 .- Our rates are posted on our Web portals in two currencies: U.S. dollars and Mexican pesos. The rates published in Mexican pesos in Mexican pesos preferably charged.In the case of any other currency, the amount of the transaction will be converted into U.S. dollars at the exchange rate prevailing on the transaction date.
Note: Please take intoaccount the amount that will appear on your receipt of payment from your credit card may vary according to international fluctuations in the exchange rate of currencies.
7 .- Joana Travel Inc. is in no way responsible for the fluctuation of currency exchange.
8 .- If you need tax revenue, you must know that it will not be issued until such service has been paid or has enjoyed.
Cancellation Policy
1 .- Any request for cancellation, regardless of the product concerned must be informed by you in writing via e-mail to our contact emails listed in our portal, offering all the reservation information. Our reservations agents will address your request.
2 .- Each hotel has its own cancellation policy expressed in section, which should be consulted.
3 .- For the hotels that are booked through SABRE portal of your provider, you should check individual policies of reservation and cancellation are there. However cancellation must also manifest as we said in point 1 of this section.
4 .- For the hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya and Cuba, cancellations must occur as expressed in point 1 of this section and shall apply the following policy:
Reservations canceled in a period longer than 15 days before date of arrival, are charged 2 nights.
Reservations canceled in a period between 5-15 days before date of arrival are charged 3 nights.
Reservations canceled from 5 to 1 days before arrival, or if not (no-show) will not be refunded.
Note: For the seasons of Christmas, New Year and Easter, the cancellation policies are different. For information, contact our offices.
5 .- No refunds for early departures apply in terms of bookings made at hotels.
6 .- For Tour Reservations canceled the general policies of Joana Travel Inc. are:
Reservations canceled 2 days or more before the date of service are subject to a charge of 15% of the total amount of your reservation.
Reservations canceled the day before or in case of no show, will not be refunded.
7 .- For the Car reservation cancellation, general policies of our company are:
Reservations canceled on the same date of service or in case of no-shows are subject to a charge of one days rent the car that has been reserved.
In the event that our agency does not have the car you requested when you make your income will be given a value equivalent to car you reserved. If you use the service in this case, be deemed to consent to such amendment and shall not claim compensation or refund.
8.-For the cancellation of transportation services, Joana Travel Inc. has the following policies:
Cancellations made on the same date of service or in case of no show, will not be refunded.
9 .- Once it is received the amount of service booked by you, it is understood that Joana Travel Inc. is authorized by you to proceed with the service management has engaged, is hosting, air, land, parcels or another, to issue, issuing or acquiring the services on its behalf, attachments and accepting you and us cancellation policies, payment reserves required by our suppliers.
10 .- In the case of airline tickets, Joana Travel Inc. is not responsible, once tickets are issued through Sabre provider for itinerary changes or for any error in information provided by you to air ticketing such as: names, ages, sex, dates, itineraries, schedules, airlines, classes, categories, etc.. The same land for ticket reservations.
